Job summary

Ro Health is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students in Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. This role focuses on meaningful, student-centered work with flexible placement opportunities across districts and supervised by BCBAs.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with school staff to support goals in IEPs, behavior regulation, and academic engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs is preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as designed by a BCBA.
• Support students in achieving goals in IEPs including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies.
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your development as an RBT
