Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based behavior therapy following BCBA-designed plans.
• Support students with IEP goals including behavior, social, communication, and academics.
• Collect accurate data on behavior and skills and adjust strategies with BCBAs.
• Help students build independence in daily routines and classroom activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based strategies.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while upholding confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision to support progress.
