Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking dedicated behavior technicians to provide one to one support for elementary age students with autism and emotional support needs in a school-based setting. This full-time, school-year role is based in Plymouth Meeting, PA, with a Monday–Friday 8am to 3:30pm schedule and $22 per hour pay.

You will work 1:1 with students, implement behavior support plans, and collaborate with teachers and staff to help students reach their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working or volunteering with children preferred, especially with disabilities or behavioral needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior support throughout the school day.
• Implement behavior support plans under the guidance of the educational team.
• Encourage positive behaviors and build meaningful relationships with students.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to help students achieve their goals.
