Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Fort Washington, PA is hiring full-time behavior technicians to provide 1:1 support for elementary students with autism in a school-based setting. The role runs Monday–Friday 8:45am–3:15pm with a 1:1 focus and potential summer school.

You will implement behavior support plans, collaborate with teachers and therapists, and help students build positive behaviors. We offer W-2 employment, a consistent weekday schedule, competitive weekly pay, and training from experienced

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working or volunteering with children preferred, especially children with disabilities or behavioral needs.
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 behavior support throughout the school day.
Implement behavior support plans under the guidance of the educational team.
Encourage positive behaviors and build meaningful relationships with students.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to help students achieve their goals.
