Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Norristown, PA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide school-based services for a local school district. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm, supporting students under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, document progress, follow policies, and collaborate with clinicians. Kelly offers on-site mentorship, a School-Based Academy, and a lending library to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum one year of behavior experience working with children.
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming. Collecting data on all programming and write progress notes.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.
• Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
