Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide school-based services for a local school district in Maple Glen, PA. Hours are 8:20am to 3:50pm.

As part of the team, you will assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming, collect data on all programming, and write progress notes, collaborating with school staff and families to support student goals. This role emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of behavior experience working with children.
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming and collecting data.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, and daily documentation.
• Maintain acceptable attendance status per Agency policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
