Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Behavior Technician/Paraprofessional to support students in a school setting. You will work one-on-one and in small groups, reinforcing lessons and helping build a safe, encouraging classroom environment.

Ideal candidates have paraprofessional experience in schools, strong organizing and communication skills, and a commitment to student confidentiality. Salary is hourly, with benefits and professional guidance provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Paraprofessional, preferably in a school-based setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Requirements
