Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Behavior Technician/Paraprofessional to support students in a McMinnville school setting. You’ll provide 1:1 and small-group assistance, reinforce lessons, and help create a structured, safe classroom environment where students can grow academically and socially.

Collaborating with teachers and school teams, you’ll help students with diverse learning needs while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Experience as a Paraprofessional, preferably in a school-based setting
