Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a full-time Behavioral Support Technician (BST) or Paraprofessional to provide in-person services to K-12 students.

The role requires a 40-Hour RBT Training Certification and a minimum of 6 months of autistic support and high-needs behavioral intervention experience. Responsibilities include executing ABA programs, implementing behavior management plans, helping students with daily self-help skills, and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
