Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Support Technician/Paraprofessional to provide in-person services to K-12 students. The role is 30 hours/week, Monday–Friday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, in a high-needs setting with autism and emotional support.

BACB 40-Hour training is preferred, with clearances and professional liability insurance required or willingness to obtain. Applicants should have at least 6 months of paid experience in behavioral or autistic support, be 21+, and be prepared to

• Minimum 6 months paid experience with behavioral, autistic support, and learning disabilities.
• Must be 21+ and have 40 Hour RBT Training Certification (or willing to obtain).
• Current clearances and professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Execute ABA therapy programs as prescribed.
• Implement behavior management techniques per plan.
• Assist children with daily self-help skills.
• Communicate with the team regarding developments and concerns.
• Maintain therapy areas and materials.
