Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs.
• Strong emotional stability and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to support staff and students across settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school staff to support students with intensive behavioral needs.
• Provide monitoring and support throughout the school site.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Document behavioral incidents and progress toward goals.
• Utilize PBIS strategies and site incentive programs.
• Participate in debriefings after challenging behavior/crisis situations.
• Communicate with parents and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
