Job summary

A behavioral therapy provider is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team in Colorado. This role offers competitive yearly salaries between $85,000 and $110,000, with sign-on and relocation bonuses available. BCBAs will benefit from back office support, flexible schedules, and numerous opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians. A valid BCBA certificate and experience with children diagnosed with ASD are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Valid BCBA Certificate is a must.
• Willingness to travel between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
• Provide caring support during family conversations.
