Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time position located at Fort Stewart, GA. The BCBA will provide school-based ABA services, conduct observations, and coordinate care through IEPs and BSP creation.

The role includes training staff, creating program materials, managing data collection, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. A Master’s in ABA and active BACB credentials are required, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst license or eligibility required.
• Active BACB certification and supervision experience.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder in school settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Writes reports based on initial observations and behavior support recommendations.
• Collaborates with school teams and families on behavior support strategies.
• Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments and develops Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Creates data collection forms and monitors progress.
• Trains staff in ABA techniques and supervises RBTs when applicable.
• Participates in IEP meetings and coordinates with district staff.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
