Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in school settings.

You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services, monitor behavior, track progress, and communicate with parents about student growth. Responsibilities include providing behavior training to staff, developing behavior intervention plans, writing ABA reports, creating classroom supports, and participating in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Collaborate with families and teachers to implement ABA strategies.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans for students.
• Observe and assess student behavior and data, and write ABA reports.
• Create classroom supports (visual schedules, token boards, social stories).
• Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences.
• Supervise RBT, BCBA, and BCBA-Trainee supervision where applicable.
