Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a public school district in Colorado Springs, CO. This W2 contract role offers both local and travel opportunities with full-time or part-time scheduling.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, analyze data, train staff, participate in IEP meetings, and ensure compliance with district reporting requirements while promoting inclusive education for students with autism and behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• State licensure if required by location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decisions.
• Provide training and consultation to staff, paraprofessionals, and families.
• Support crisis prevention, de-escalation, and intervention procedures.
• Collaborate with school teams and families on student-centered services.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral goals and documentation.
• Deliver social skills instruction using evidence-based programs.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, including data on restraint and seclusion.
• Serve as liaison with outside providers and mental health agencies.
