Job summary

Gersh Autism seeks an energetic BCBA for our on-site program in Issaquah, WA. You will conduct assessments, write goals, and develop treatment plans for students aged 5-21 in an ABA-based school setting.

You will supervise BCBA/BCaBA candidates and staff, collaborate with teachers, and leverage ACE ABA Software for data collection. The role includes bonus potential, full medical benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with WA DOH.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA; 3+ years ABA experience.
• Experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA).
• Expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• 8-hour supervision training per BACB.
• Experience supervising BCaBAs and/or Behavior Technicians.
• Insurance/treatment planning experience preferred.
• Experience with adolescents and complex behaviors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop IEP or treatment goals.
• Write behavior intervention plans and implement treatments.
• Evaluate progress for students on caseload.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to embed ABA in school settings.
• Provide staff training for teachers, technicians, and paraprofessionals.
• Supervise BCBA/BCaBA candidates and RBTs.
• Utilize ACE ABA Software for data collection and curriculum.
