Job summary

Gersh Autism is seeking a compassionate Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to support students with autism spectrum disorder in a year-round school program in Issaquah, WA. You will work directly with students, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision and helping with IEPs/BIPs.

Must have current Washington CBT license and be prepared for daily data collection, collaboration with teachers, and ongoing professional development. Competitive compensation included.

Qualifications

• Washington State CBT license required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality ABA services and implement treatment programs designed by BCBA.
• Assist teachers with IEPs and BIPs for students with autism.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, fostering academic, social and behavioral growth.
• Collect and document data on student performance and progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with the teaching team and behavioral specialists to create a positive learning environment.
