PlayDate Behavioral Interventions in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans and provide supervision to RBTs in a supportive environment.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services to children, including individual therapy, group/social skills therapy, and educational placement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
