Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA Certification.
• Washington ESA Certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support for a small caseload of ~4 elementary students in a specialized behavior classroom.
• Conduct FBAs and develop, implement, monitor BIPs to address student needs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decisions and measure progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, paras, related services, and families to implement positive behavior strategies.
