Ability Builders in Colorado is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our authorized facility school serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role blends ABA and special education, allowing you to apply your clinical expertise in functional assessment, behavior programming, and data analysis within an educational setting.

You will collaborate with a Special Education Teacher and IEP teams, supervise instructional assistants, and help design individualized interventions while the teacher

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting children with autism and behavioral needs preferred.
• Clinical ABA experience welcomed; school-based experience not required.
• Strong skills in functional assessment, behavior intervention, data analysis, and staff coaching.
• Interest in learning or expanding knowledge of IEPs and school-based service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized, evidence-based BIPs aligned with student IEPs.
• Lead behavior programming, functional communication, and replacement-skill development.
• Analyze behavioral data and modify programming based on data.
• Oversee treatment integrity and implementation of behavioral supports throughout the school day.
• Provide hands-on modeling, coaching, and feedback to Instructional Assistants and staff.
• Support crisis prevention and response using trauma-informed practices.
• Collaborate with the Special Education Teacher and participate in IEP development.
• Maintain documentation required by BACB, state, and school standards.
