Job summary

Cross Country Education in Brush Prairie, WA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a small classroom of four elementary students. You will develop and supervise BIPs, conduct FBAs, and monitor progress with data-driven decisions.

The role involves collaborating with teachers and families to ensure consistent positive behavior strategies, with a school-based schedule of 35 hours per week and an hourly pay range of $49.80–$62.30.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA Certification.
• Washington ESA Certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and supporting students with significant behavioral needs in school-based or educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support services for a small caseload of approximately four elementary students in a specialized behavior classroom, promoting positive social, emotional, and academic outcomes.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address student needs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decision-making, measure progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families to support consistent implementation of positive behavior strategies and student success.

Education
