Job summary

Support Solutions of Tennessee is seeking a School-Based Behavior Analyst in Knoxville to join our team. The role requires BCBA certification and TN licensure before hire, with a competitive salary of $85,000 per year and a $10,000 sign-on bonus contingent on 90 days of employment.

The analyst will conduct FBAs and functional analyses, design BSPs, supervise RBTs, and ensure data-driven progress across assigned school sites while adhering to BACB standards and maintaining clinical integrity.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with active status and in good standing with the BACB; TN licensure before hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and functional analyses to identify function of problem behavior.
• Summarize FBA results and data-based hypotheses.
• Develop BSPs targeting replacement behaviors and reducing problem behavior.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff, per BACB standards.
