• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop BIPs for students.
• Provide direct behavior support, modeling, and coaching to school staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data to guide decisions and adjust interventions.
• Train school teams on evidence-based practices, crisis prevention, and positive behavior supports.
