Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in school settings. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and coaching staff for consistent implementation of strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for BCBA role.
• State BCBA license required; licensing team can assist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students.
• Provide direct behavior support, modeling, and coaching to school staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data to guide decisions.
• Train school teams on evidence-based practices, crisis prevention, and positive behavior supports.
