Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral challenges in a Lansdale, PA school setting. You will assess, consult, and implement behavior intervention plans, collaborating with teachers, families, and staff to promote positive outcomes.

The role involves leading FBAs, developing BIPs, training staff, and monitoring progress. A BCBA certification is required; experience in education and supervision of RBTs is a plus.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff for implementation.
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
