Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Boston is seeking a School Based BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services in a school setting. You will work with teachers, school teams and families to create meaningful change on your caseload.

The role involves FBAs, BIPs, data-driven treatment, supervising RBTs, training staff, and collaborating with IEP teams. A strong, compassionate clinician makes a real impact daily.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing.
• Licensed LABA in Massachusetts or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Experience in school-based settings or strong interest in one.
• Clinically strong with evidence-based practice and ethical care.
• Collaborator who builds trust with teachers, teams and families.
• Clear communicator and confident trainer who helps others succeed.
• Passionate about making a real difference for students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students.
• Design, monitor, and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on guidance.
• Train teachers, paraprofessionals and staff to implement plans.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, school psychologists and therapists.
• Partner with families so progress carries home.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data reflecting clinical work.
