Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in ABA therapy is required.
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience in school or home-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 7-10 clients providing ABA therapy.
• Supervise RBTs and collaborate with educators in person.
• Utilize telehealth for in-home supervision and guidance.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on client's needs.
• Develop relationships with schools and communities.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and state laws.
