House of Hearts ABA · Boston, Massachusetts · School based · $88,000 to $95,000 per year
At House of Hearts, we are a movement. We believe every child deserves care that is thoughtful, individualized, and delivered by clinicians who truly love what they do. And we believe the clinicians doing that work deserve a company that cares about them just as deeply.
Too many BCBAs have been treated like a number: buried in caseloads, left without support, and pulled away from the clinical work that drew them to this field in the first place. We are building something different. Here, you are supported, you are invested in, and you are given the room to do your best clinical work for the students who need it most.
As a School Based BCBA in Boston, you will bring high quality ABA services into the school setting, helping students thrive in the classroom and beyond. You will partner with teachers, school teams, and families to create meaningful, lasting change for every student on your caseload.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
Design, monitor, and adjust treatment plans based on data so every student keeps making progress.
Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing clear, hands on clinical guidance in the classroom.
Train and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to implement behavior plans with consistency and confidence.
Collaborate with IEP teams, school psychologists, speech and occupational therapists, and other related service providers.
Partner with families so progress carries over from school to home.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and data that reflect the quality of your clinical work.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
Licensed as an Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts, or eligible to obtain licensure.
Experienced in school based settings, or deeply excited to work in one.
Clinically strong, with a commitment to evidence based practice and ethical, compassionate care.
A natural collaborator who can build trust with teachers, school teams, and families.
A clear communicator and confident trainer who helps others succeed.
Passionate about this work and driven to make a real difference for every student you serve.
Salary: $88,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience.
A company that invests in you. We are committed to your growth as a clinician, with ongoing mentorship, clinical support, and a leadership team that genuinely has your back.
Room to focus on clinical excellence. We want you spending your time on what matters most: assessing, teaching, training, and helping students succeed.
A team that feels like a family. You will work alongside clinicians who share your passion and hold each other to a high standard of care.
Purpose in every day. The work you do will change the way students learn, connect, and grow.
Our name says it all. We lead with heart, we hold ourselves to the highest clinical standard, and we never forget that behind every caseload is a child and a family counting on us.
