Job summary

Forte Behavioral Health LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to oversee behavior intervention plans for students with developmental needs in CNUSD settings.

The role includes supervising BIs and RBTs, conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, collaborating with teachers and parents, and ensuring compliance with IDEA and BACB ethics. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, ABA, Counseling, or a related field.
• Two+ years of ABA therapy, special education, or behavior intervention experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessments, and intervention strategies.
• Experience with severe behaviors; data-driven interventions.
• Ability to train staff and analyze behavioral data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Train and supervise BIs, RBTs, and school staff.
• Oversee intervention implementation and adjust strategies based on data.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and clinical teams to support student success.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, Title 5, and BACB ethics.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress.
