Voices for Voices in Massachusetts is seeking multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. You will work with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and higher-level needs in inclusive classrooms. This full-time role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and evidence-based strategies, with professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB is required.
• Massachusetts DESE licensure required.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Experience providing school-based behavioral consultation.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral observations.
• Develop and implement BIPs and reinforcement systems.
• Create and maintain behavior data collection systems.
• Provide classroom-based behavioral support and intervention strategies.
