Community Options, Inc. seeks a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Atlantic County, NJ. The BCBA will implement ABA services, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs within a community setting to improve independence and communication skills for youth.

Qualifications

• Master’s level BCBA required.
• Ability to build supportive relationships with individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA interventions and assessments; adjust plans as needed.
• Provide functional behavioral assessment and Behavioral Support Plan.
• Supervise RBT/Staff and coordinate with clinical team.
• Train and supervise staff providing ABA services.
• Direct supervision of behavior technicians per certification standards.
• Modify Behavior Support Plan based on data and evaluations.
• Collaborate with program staff and contribute to the clinical team.
