Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in the San Francisco, California area. The role offers an hourly rate of $60.00–$82.00 based on experience, with 30–40 hours per week and Monday–Friday shifts.

Under the supervision of the Director of Special Education Services, you will lead behavior management initiatives, develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans, coordinate with staff and families, and serve as a case manager for

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required in California (BACB).
• Experience as BCBA in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource on behavior management to Special Education staff.
• Provide coordination, consultation, and program development for behavior management processes.
• Assist in development and implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans.
• Serve as case manager for emotionally disturbed students in non-public school programs.
• Conduct functional analysis assessments and prepare documents.
• Assist in involving parents in PBIS planning and placement decisions.
• Coordinate referrals to outside agencies as identified in behavior plans.
• Provide/staff development on behavior management.
• Ensure access to educational opportunities in the least restrictive environment.
• Participate in district/SELPA teams and meetings.
• Support due process regulations implementation.
