Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a School BCBA in Santa Rosa, CA to provide consultation, training, and supervision in the school setting under a contract for full-time hours. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct behavioral evaluations, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and educate staff, observing and guiding educational activities to improve student outcomes.

This role requires current BCBA certification and a master’s degree in ABA or related field, with

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification from BACB.
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field.
Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools.
One year minimum pediatric experience preferred.
Complies with professional standards; CPR if applicable.
TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Provides consultation, training and develops/implements behavioral intervention plans.
Conducts behavioral evaluations and monitors progress.
Acts as clinical educator, observing, assessing and supervising educational activities and service delivery in the school setting.
