Job summary

The Pathway School in Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead student support using evidence-based ABA practices. This role involves conducting assessments, designing behavior plans, and improving student outcomes through collaboration with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior analysis within a school or similar setting.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior plans for students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data, observation, and collaboration.
• Design and oversee Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSPs) aligned with PBIS.
• Analyze behavioral data to drive decision-making and improve student outcomes.
• Partner with educators, therapists, and families to support students across environments.
