Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based functional behavioral analytic services for Bradley School students in Providence. Under supervision of the Clinical Director, the BCBA will assess, design treatment, and consult with the treatment team.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with school staff and families, supervision of graduate trainees, and adherence to documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited school.
• Board certification as a BCBA and RI licensure required.
• Experience in clinical and/or school settings; autism experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based functional behavioral analytic services for Bradley School students.
• Develop individualized behavior plans in consultation with the treatment team.
• Lead weekly treatment team meetings and collaborate with parents and school staff.
• Supervise graduate-level trainees enrolled in BCBA programs where assigned.
• Maintain required reports and records in a timely, professional manner.
