Birch Agency is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a Levittown, PA school-based setting. You will assess behavior, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to promote student success and safety.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, strong clinical judgment, and effective communication as you monitor progress, ensure fidelity, and participate in IEP meetings and team conferences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Current PA State licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct and consultative behavior-analytic services in school settings.
• Collect, interpret, and document data to measure progress.
• Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff.
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals.
• Recommend evidence-based strategies to improve communication and behavior.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation.
• Observe students and respond to behavioral or safety concerns.
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities.
