Nyman Associates is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role. You will provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities.

Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, train personnel, and monitor progress to support positive student outcomes. This is a growth-focused, supportive environment in the Southeast PA region.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans helpful.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) using relevant tools.
• Develop positive behavior plans and train staff to implement them.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to monitor progress.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
