Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a School-Based BCBA to provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities in a school setting.

You will collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement BIPs, train personnel, monitor progress, and support positive student outcomes. The organization offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required for the role.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) using relevant tools.
• Develop positive behavior plans and train classroom staff.
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams and families.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
