Job summary

Rise 2 Growth in New York is seeking a School Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to support students in Nassau and Suffolk counties. You will design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavioral plans within a multidisciplinary team, helping children make meaningful progress in their school environment.

You will collaborate with teachers and families, conduct FBAs and develop BIPs, and monitor progress with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing school-based behavioral supports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students.
• Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, including PBS and functional skills training.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to develop IEPs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and plans.
