Job summary

Nyman Associates is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based service delivery. You will provide behavior assessments, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities, collaborating with school staff and families to implement BIPs.

Responsibilities include FBAs, developing positive behavior plans, collecting and graphing data, training staff, and supervising RBTs where applicable.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience conducting FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.

Position Summary

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting, you will provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities. Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), train personnel, and monitor progress to support positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing relevant assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Develop positive behavior plans and support the classroom staff to ensure implementation
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data
• Consult and collaborate with the school teams
• Supervise RBTs if applicable

Qualifications

• BCBA certification
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans
• Experience in an educational setting (Preferred)
