PBS Consulting & Psychological Resources PC in Nassau County, NY is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical supports and supervision for a high school caseload. The role is based on a 25-30 hour workweek, with a salary between $90,000 and $108,000 annually.

Requirements include a Master's degree and 1–2 years of BCBA experience with high school students. You will conduct functional analyses, develop behavior plans, train staff, collect data, and complete necessary

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 1–2 years experience as a BCBA with high school students.
• Ability to motivate, listen well, problem solve and convey information clearly.
• Some fluency with technology; reliable transportation; day hours with some after-school hours.
• Fingerprinting required by NYSED.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analyses to identify variables controlling problem behavior.
• Develop skill acquisition and behavioral support plans to address needs.
• Establish data collection systems to measure progress.
• Train staff and providers on plan implementation.
• Review and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Provide parent training and skill-building at home and in the community.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
