Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid ABA foundation and experience in educational settings.
• Experience conducting FBAs, designing and implementing BIPs.
• Experience with non-violent crisis intervention training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess student needs by conducting FBAs and analyzing behavioral data.
• Develop and implement effective BIPs in collaboration with school staff.
• Lead or support team training in non-violent crisis intervention methods.
• Provide ongoing consultation and professional development for educators and support personnel.
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
