Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification or state-licensed Psychologist.
• Proficiency conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
• Expertise in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Solid background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
• Training and experience in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention or similar behavioral programs.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred.
