Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis or related field.
• Knowledge of special education best practices and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to teachers and staff on ABA practices.
• Develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with staff, families, and external partners on behavior planning.
