Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions. The role focuses on data-driven ABA in educational settings and collaboration with educators and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Two years of school-based ABA experience preferred.
• Experience training school staff and parents valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Fingerprint and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven approaches in school settings.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized BIPs.
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists and families.
• Provide consultation and coaching on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
