Job summary

Seabright is partnering with a school district to hire a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. Schedule: Full Time across Elementary, Middle, Kindergarten, and High School levels.

Weekly pay range: $62.06 – $71.03 per hour on a local contract. The position offers competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision benefits, infertility & domestic partner coverage, summer insurance, 401K matching, wellness/EAP, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable BCBA experience within the last 3 years (residency or practicum included).
