Job summary

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional ABA Clinic that is looking for a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill a full-time role serving pediatric caseloads in Commerce, CA.

The compensation is $42.31–$47.60 per hour with weekly pay. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, paid holidays and PTO, 401(k) matching, wellness and EAP, referral bonuses and realistic monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional BCBA experience within the last 3 years (residency or practicum allowed)
• Valid BCBA credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided at this time

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to pediatric caseloads.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans with families and staff.
