Seabright is partnering with a school district to hire a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026–2027 school year. Schedule: Full Time. Grade levels include elementary through high school and other early education settings. This is a local contract with benefits and competitive pay.

Open to both local and travel opportunities, with a pay range of $54.93 to $62.86 per hour, and eligibility for referral bonuses. Join a team focused on student success and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional BCBA experience within the last 3 years (may include residency or practicum).
• Valid BCBA credential/license or in process in state of practice.
