Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program and eligible for BCBA exam.
• Experience with children/adolescents in a school setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Facilitate family engagement through trainings and newsletters.
• Collaborate with external partners to support students, families, and staff.
• Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK).
• Write ABA reports and recommendations from observations.
• Create and model behavior programs in the school environment.
• Help create materials (visual schedules, token boards, social stories).
• Facilitate data collection and monitor student progress.
• Develop behavior intervention plans for students with concerns.
• Review data and provide follow-up consultation and modifications as needed.
• Identify behavioral difficulties affecting attendance/academics.
• Participate in team meetings and IEP conferences.
• Present ABA and behavior modification techniques to the team.
• Opportunity for RBT, BCBA supervision.
