Job summary

Y.A.L.E. School of Philadelphia Inc is seeking a Behavior Analyst to oversee clinical programming in its Philadelphia classrooms. The role requires a BCBA and a master's degree in ABA or related field, with 2–5 years of experience delivering services in schools.

You will manage a caseload of 3–4 classrooms, develop function-based interventions, train staff, and ensure IEP objectives are met, working with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology or closely related field.
• BCBA certification or board eligible with practicum hours.
• Strong background in applied behavior analysis and clinical applications for autism and developmental disabilities.
• 2–5 years of experience in clinical service delivery and supervision in schools.
• Experience supervising and training staff; ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming within Y.A.L.E. School Philadelphia classrooms; caseload of 3–4 classrooms.
• Develop function-based interventions and behavior support plans; ensure program fidelity.
• Provide clinical training for staff and supervise program implementation.
• Direct student contact and observations across multiple classrooms.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and other therapists to meet IEP objectives.
